You can download application forms for admission from this page. Alternatively you may obtain application forms from PGIA by paying  the relevant fee. Even if you download the application from the web, you have to pay the application fees when you submit the completed application form.

Downloading the Files
To extract zip files, you will need WinZip and to  view pdf files, you will need  Adobe Acrobat Reader .You can print the Postscript files directly to a postscript printer.
