Extended abstracts may be submitted for postgraduate research that is either ongoing or completed after 31 July 2023. Authors are requested to strictly follow the provided guidelines when preparing their extended abstracts. Submissions should include the extended abstract along with all required supporting documents.

Please note that only the abstract will be published. Extended abstracts are requested for review purposes only.

• Submit the manuscript along with all required supporting documents to submissions@pgia.ac.lk
• The submitting author (usually the corresponding author) is responsible for the manuscript during the submission and peer review process
• Ensure all eligible co-authors are included in the author list
• Confirm that all co-authors have read and approved the final submitted version of the manuscript

We adhere to a double-blind peer review process. If your extended abstract is accepted, submit the revised version with Author responces to reviewer form

If your extended abstract is accepted for Congress 2026, you may submit a full paper to the Tropical Agricultural Research (TAR) Journal. The final manuscript should be submitted in accordance with the provided submission guidelines. TAR Journal
