Instructions

Any individual who applies for admission (except foreign applicants) to the PGIA shall pay a non-refundable application fee of LKR 1500/=. Click here to download the voucher form and submit the completed voucher form to any People`s bank branch. When posting your application you need to attach the bank payment receipt.You may avoid payment at the bank by selecting Apply online.

(NOTE : Upone the payment of LKR 1500/= you will be posted a copy of the prospectus which contains programme details and student handbook which contains necessary rules and regulations.)

Employees of government departments, corporations or private enterprises should forward the application through head of the organization.

They should attach the completed employer consent form. (Click here to download consent form).

If application is submitted online scanned copy of the consent form of employer should also be uploaded

When posting your application you need to attached copy of degree certificate, birth certificate (english version) and color photograph (3.0 cm width x 4.0 cm high with sky blue plain background)

You need to attached two referee’s reports (Click here to download referee’s reports form) along with your application . See other instructions given in the referee’s reports form.

The applicant is required to contact his/ her university and ensure that the applicant’s transcript is sent to reach the institute by 20^th Augest 2018 (A request form is enclosed to facilitate the process)
