Any individual who applies for admission (except foreign applicants) to the PGIA shall pay a non-refundable application fee of LKR 1500/=. Click here to download the voucher form and submit the completed voucher form to any People`s Bank branch (When submitting your application you need to upload scanned copy of the Bank payment receipt) Employees of Government Departments, Corporations or private enterprises should upload scanned copy of the completed employer consent form. When submitting your application you need to upload Degree certificate, Birth certificate (English version) and Color photograph (3.0 cm width x 4.0 cm high with sky blue plain background)

Employees of Government Departments, Corporations or private enterprises should forward the application through head of the organization.

When posting your application you need to attached copy of Degree certificate, Birth certificate (English version) and color photograph (3.0 cm width x 4.0 cm high with sky blue plain background)

You need to attached two Referee’s Reports along with your application (Click here to download Referee’s Reports form). See other instructions given in the Referee’s Reports form.
