Instructions

Any individual who applies for admission (except foreign applicants) to the PGIA shall pay a non-refundable application fee of LKR 1500/=. Click here to download the voucher form and submit the completed voucher form to any People`s bank branch. When posting your application you need to attach the bank payment receipt.You may avoid payment at the bank by selecting .

Employees of government departments or corporations should forward the application through head of the organization.

They should attach the completed employer consent form. (Click here to download consent form).

If application is submitted online scanned copy of the consent form of employer should also be uploaded

When posting your application you need to attached copy of degree certificate, birth certificate and color photograph (3.0 cm width x 4.0 cm high with sky blue plain background) and Undergraduate official Academic transcript.
